EXCELLENT stay near the station
transport hub breakfast options really good service
The location suited my needs perfectly, it was near the transport hub. Breakfast was a PLUS with many options. The staff gave clear directions for local attractions. I found the service really good.
The television remote was missing some buttons.

the staff provided clear directions to the train station. the breakfast area was constantly refreshed with pastries and coffee. i especially appreciated the readily available city maps, perfect for planning my daily adventures.

excessively hot room inadequate solution
the location was acceptable near the train station and major sites.
The room was excessively hot. I requested help to turn off the bathroom heater, but the staff response was to open the window. even with the window open, the room remained uncomfortably hot, preventing proper sleep. i expected a better solution than opening a window.

quiet location helpful staff good breakfast
The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of both the train station and various points of interest and dining options. the staff was great, i found them very helpful. breakfast was good, too! the room size was comfortable for three people and the location was very quiet. I did not hear other occupants.
the hotel did seem older and less clean than it looked online! the walls were thin, i could hear neighbors talking.
